We are a small handmade business. We appreciate your patience while we create your order with care.

Processing Times

All items are handmade to order. Processing time refers to the time needed to create your item and does not include shipping transit time.

Current processing times by product type:

  • Epoxy Tumblers: Up to 3 weeks processing
    $5 flat rate shipping
  • Printed Tumblers: 5–7 business days processing
    $5 flat rate shipping
  • Stickers: 2–3 business days processing
    Free shipping – No tracking
  • Coffee Mugs: 5–7 business days processing
    $6 flat rate shipping
  • Glass Cans: 5–7 business days processing
    $6 flat rate shipping
  • Snowglobe Glass Cans: 5–7 business days processing
    $6 flat rate shipping
  • Glitter Pens: 3–5 business days processing
    $3.75 flat rate shipping
  • Decals: 2–3 business days processing
    Free shipping

Turnaround Time

Maximum turnaround time is up to 3 weeks for made-to-order items.
This does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Some items may ship sooner based on order volume and product type.

Rush Orders for Epoxy Tumblers

If you need your order completed faster, a “Rush My Order” option is available for purchase.

  • Rush orders reduce processing time to 7–10 business days
  • Rush fees apply to processing time only and do not affect shipping speed
  • Rush orders must be purchased at checkout to apply

Shipping & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped via USPS
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable)
  • Tracking numbers may be created before USPS scans the package
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update once you receive your tracking email

Shipping Delays

Vinyl Chaos Design Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing and tracking updates are handled by USPS. We do not have access to additional shipping information beyond what is provided by the carrier.

Shipping delays are more common during peak and holiday seasons.

Free Shipping & No Tracking Orders

Orders shipped with free shipping (such as stickers and decals) do not include tracking.
By selecting free shipping, you acknowledge that tracking is not available for those orders.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage to be resent.
