All returns must adhere to our guidelines; we kindly ask you to review our Return Policy thoroughly.

10 Day Return Policy

Within the first 10 days after your purchase is marked as delivered, you may return non-customized items for a full refund, excluding any shipping fees. (Non-customized items include items that are ready to ship items, items that do not have any personalization’s from the customer, or items designed by the customer.)

Returned items must be in pristine, unused, unworn, unwashed, and mint condition.

If you receive any product (customized or not) that is defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately, and we will do everything possible to rectify the situation. Contact us anytime at vinylchaos319@gmail.com

We can only cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to an error on our part. Any return resulting from a mistake made during the ordering process by the customer will be at the customer's own expense.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the return, inspected, and approved the return we will notify the customer that the return was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on the original payment method. Please remember that it can take up to 10 days for your bank account or credit card company to process and post your refund, this is out of my control.

Damaged/Lost Items

If you notice your item arrives damaged, please notify me within 24 hours of delivery. To file a claim with USPS, please take photos of the shipping box and the product itself and email all photos to me, USPS will need the photos. Once I receive the photos, I can file a claim with USPS and either start on a new item or send you the refund. Please email us at vinylchaos319@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to keep all packaging and damaged item until USPS confirms the claim. In some cases, they end up wanting the damaged package and products.

If you notice “no movement” once your shipping label has been created, please be patient. USPS usually scans most items within 24 hours, but it may take a bit longer. USPS does not consider a package “lost” until there is no movement for 7 business days. If it has been longer than 7 business days, please email me vinylchaos319@gmail.com and I will file a package inquiry to see what is going on with your package.
